–Resumen–
Este trabajo de fin de grado comienza con la locución latina coram Deo. El objetivo es conseguir profundizar en un término aparentemente sencillo pero que, al mismo tiempo, es una realidad en la que se debería meditar constantemente. Para ello, se comienza con una contextualización del término en la Vulgata Latina, luego se pasa a su significado en latín y, posteriormente, se trata en el griego y hebreo bíblicos. Asimismo, se estudia este término tomando como ejemplo personajes bíblicos y sus experiencias vitales delante de Dios. Por otra parte, este estudio carecería de sentido sin hablar del sujeto que ve: Dios, y cómo se ha revelado. Sin embargo, el punto más importante de este trabajo es llevarlo a la práctica, por ende, se habla de cómo vivir coram Deo, de sus implicaciones, responsabilidades y beneficios, entre otros. Por último, se exhorta al creyente, y a la iglesia a vivir agradando a Dios.
–Abstract–
The current investigation begins with the Latin locution coram Deo. The objective is to deepen in an apparently simple term, which at the same time, is a reality that needs to be constantly meditated on. To that end, this paper introduces the contextualization of the term in the Latin Vulgate and its meaning in Latin, followed by the biblical Greek and hebrew. At the same time, this concept is analyzed taking as an example the biblical characters and their significant experiences before God. In fact, this study would be meaningless if the subject that sees, God, and how he has been revealed is not mentioned. However, as the essential point of this work is the practice, how to live the coram Deo is mentioned along with its implications, responsibilities and benefits, among others. Finally, the believer and the church are exhorted to live pleasing God.
